» It is mandatory for all guests to present valid photo identification upon check in. Foreign nationals are required to present their Passport and valid visa. Indian nationals can present any one of the following: Passport, Driving License, Voter ID card or Aadhar card.

» Pets strictly not allowed.

» Booking is non transferable without written consent from "Hotel". Rights of admission reserved. Special Requests are subject to availability and may be chargeable.

» ASOKAM reserve the right to cancel reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or has provided incorrect information while booking. No refund will be allowed in such case. ASOKAM also reserve the right to cancel reservation where the guest is spoiling the decorum and causing disturbance to other guests. No refund will be allowed in such case. In both the case the guest has to settle all pending bills and leave the property immediately.

» In case of accidentatal overbooking the resort will try the best to provide alternative accommodation (at the same location on within a radius of 5km) similar to the tariff booked by the guest. In case the alternate accommodation charge is lower than booked by the guest the same will be refunded by the resort.

» All calls to the booking / enquiry number are automatically recorded for reviewing our oral commitments given to guest.

» The resort website - http://ayurvedaresort.co.in/ is owned and operated by M/S Asokam Beach Resort and Ayurveda Chikitsa Kendram.

» All disputes are subject to KANNUR jurisdiction only.

Room Bookings:
» If cancelled before 30 days-------------------------: 90% refund.
» If cancelled between 15-29 days-----------------: 50% refund.
» If cancelled less than 14 days--------------------: No refund.
» No Show / Late Check in / Early Check out-: No refund.
» No refund on bookings made for 15-Dec to 14-Jan (peak dates)

» Without valid photo ID proof the guest will not be allowed to check in and the booking will be considered as NO SHOW and no refund will be provided.
