Booking
» Room tariff mentioned is in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of complimentary breakfast for 2 persons. Taxes extra as applicable.
» Check -in 12 noon - Check -out - 11am. Early check-in and late check-out subject to availability and may be chargeable as per policy given below.
» All rooms with double occupancy. Additional person above 10yrs / extra bed Rs. 750.00 extra on tariff. Additional person / bed allowed only in Deluxe AC and Superior AC Room. Max one extra bed per room.
» Tariff valid from 0l-Sept-14 to 31-Aug-2017. 20% Supplement from 15th Dec - 14th Jan.
» It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification upon check in. Foreign nationals are required to present their Passport and valid visa. Indian nationals can present any one of the following: Passport, Driving License or Voter ID card.
» Indian nationals making cash payment above Rs. 20000.00 has to produce their PAN card. Payment above Rs 50000.00 will be accepted only by Debit / Credit card or bank transfers
» Pets strictly not allowed. Tariff subject to change without prior notice.
» Booking is not transferable without written consent from "Hotel". Rights of admission reserved. Special Requests are subject to availability and may be chargeable.
» ASOKAM reserve the right to cancel reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or has provided incorrect information while booking. No refund will be allowed in such case.
» In case of accidentatal overbooking the resort will try the best to provide alternative accommodation (at the same location on within a radius of 5km) similar to the tariff booked by the guest. In case the alternate accommodation charge is lower than booked by the guest the same will be refunded by the resort.
» The resort website - http://ayurvedaresort.co.in/ is owned and operated by M/S Asokam Beach Resort and Ayurveda Chikitsa Kendram.
» All disputes are subject to KANNUR jurisdiction only.
Cancellation and Refund
Room Bookings:
» If cancelled before 30 days-------------------------: 85% refund.
» If cancelled before 15-30 days--------------------: 80% refund.
» If cancelled before 07-15 days--------------------: No refund. Booking can be postponed subject to availability.
» If cancelled less than 07 days--------------------: No refund.
» No Show / Late Check in / Early Check out-: No refund.
» Cancellation on supplementary charge dates (Dec 15th to Jan 14th) -No refund
» Without valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check in and the booking will be considered as NO SHOW and no refund will be provided.
» The booking will be cancelled where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or has provided incorrect information while booking. No refund will be allowed in such case.
